Delivery is usually within 1 – 2 working days.
Courier Delivery – $10.00
North Island delivery is usually 3 working days.
South Island courier delivery is usually 2 working days.
Courier Delivery – $12
Allow one extra day for rural delivery.
Free delivery on all orders over $300.
All packages are sent non-signature unless requested. This is for your convenience. if you are not home, the courier will leave the package in a safe place.
If you need your package to be signed for upon delivery, please contact us.
You can purchase a book for someone else and we will send it to them. You may also request gift-wrapping and inclusion of a card. Simply note in ‘Shipping Instructions’ the recipient’s address and message for the card.
Schools, Kindergartens, Preschools and Other Businesses
Please contact us at email@example.com for setting up an account and we will then invoice your school or business.
You can pay on the website by credit card. We take Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay cards.
All prices shown on the website are in New Zealand dollars and transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
For orders delivered to addresses within New Zealand, prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15%.
Damaged or Faulty Book/s: please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement.We will replace the book for you at no extra cost or either send you a replacement or refund the purchase price you have paid (excluding any delivery charges you have paid).
If you want to replace it and we do not have any extra books in stock, we will need to send away to the publishers for a replacement copy.
In general all products on this website are in stock. However, depending upon demand an item may be placed on backorder. If you wish to cancel an order for any backordered item please contact us immediately to arrange a refund.
In the unlikely event that a purchased product is discontinued or is not available for extended period we will contact you and discuss your available options. Where a replacement cannot be sourced in a reasonable timeframe you will be entitled to a full refund.
If we have sent you the incorrect item/s, we will send you the correct item along with a courier ticket for the return.
You can cancel any order prior to it being dispatched and received a full refund. Please contact us immediately via telephone (03 366 5274) or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your cancellation request. Please include the order number and your contact details. Once your request has been completed, you will receive a refund via the payment method or credit card used for the original order.
At all times we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
